Orders are confirmed with a non-refundable booking fee of the amount shown at checkout, paid via UPI (scan & pay) at checkout. The remaining balance is payable as Cash on Delivery at the time of receiving your order.
You will be asked to share your UPI Transaction ID (UTR) after payment so our team can verify and confirm your booking. Orders without a verified payment may be cancelled.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Pre-owned products are graded (e.g. "Excellent", "Good") based on our internal inspection. Grading descriptions reflect our best assessment of cosmetic and functional condition at the time of listing. Minor cosmetic wear consistent with the stated grade is not considered a defect.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, or stock availability. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Products are covered under the warranty period stated on the product page. To initiate a return or warranty claim, contact our support team with your Order ID within the applicable warranty window. The booking fee is non-refundable in case of order cancellation by the customer.
Vikas Gaming Store is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of purchased products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
